Oct-Nov Convention Schedule

Summer may be over but there is still time to fit in a Steampunk convention this fall! If I missed one in your area, please leave me a comment and I will add it to my list. Description: This is an all genre welcome, Steampunk themed, comics and games convention! All are welcome
Location: Stanislaus fairgrounds
Tickets: The ticket site was down at the time of posting, but if you register for SteamHouse Con you also get a day pass to another convention on the same weekend.


Name: The Steampunk Fallout Shelter, October 4
Description: One of New York City’s friendliest Steampunk events, The Anachronism features the internationally-acclaimed artist Psyche Corporation; Jeff Mach, creator of the world’s largest Steampunk event – The Steampunk World’s Fair – and the hilarious and wonderful A Halo Called Fred, whose curious takes on Steampunk and fandom will delight you.

Description: Third annual Steampunk festival

Description: A steam-powered festival of dynamic musical performances and entertainment, artful vendors and much more – appealing to Steampunks, railway enthusiasts, and the modern visitor alike. Train rides behind a massive steam locomotive, delicious eats and treats, steampunk handiwork, photo opportunities galore, an insider’s look through a shop tour, music reflective of days gone by, and so much more are just a snippet of the weekend’s events.

Tickets: Weekend tickets are $56 for adults, $44 for youth. $115 VIP tickets are available which get you special perks at the Abney Park concert.


Name:Oxnard Steampunk Fest, Oct 17
Description: Celebrating all that is whimsical, The Oxnard Steampunk Fest Crew and the Oxnard Heritage Foundation would like to invite you to join in the fun! This is a fundraiser for the Oxnard Heritage Foundation and the Friends of Heritage Square, to benefit their educational programming. Keeping the history of Oxnard alive and well.

Name: Steampunk November, Nov 13-15
Description: Remember, Remember Steampunk November! We are looking forward to you joining us for our 5th annual Steampunk Festival

Tickets: $25 in advance, $30 at the gate for the weekend for an adult


Name: TeslaCon VI, November 20-22
Description: A word, a thought and an idea. For over 5 years, TeslaCon has been an event, an adventure or, even more so, a destination; one that many have taken and continue to take to this day. TeslaCon is, at its core, an immersion event. What this means is that, besides the wonderful panels, talented entertainers and fantastic dealers’ rooms, attendees fully experience the story and time period throughout the convention over the three days they are attending. This year’s theme is Wild, Wild West.
